On one side, you will find the offices of Helpline Youth Counseling. On the other, we have several rooms that host community programs like Yoga or Painting.

The Campus Teen Center
Local Teens can stop by our teen center during any of our business hours to catch up on homework or to squeeze in some studying with the help of free WiFi. Besides offering a safe environment, The Campus also has career and educational resources updated and posted weekly.
Health & Wellness Center
Our Health & Wellness Center offers an open dance studio that hosts many community favorites, such as Zumba and Yoga. Thanks to our wood floors, mirrors, multi-media connections and air conditioning, this studio can be used for many types of classes and group activities. This room is available for rent.
Patriot's Lounge

Although Patriot's Lounge serves as a waiting room for Valor Resource Center office hours, it is also open during our regular business hours. You can find flyers, business cards and contacts for several Military and Veteran organizations. There is a Resource Book, divided by topic that can also help answer any Military and Veteran questions you may have. If you are a Veteran or currently serve in our military, free Wifi, computer access and printing is available.
Patio & Amphitheater
The concrete stage offers a perfect place for outdoor performances and award ceremonies. Our amphitheater holds up to 100 people in the stadium seating and another 100-150 on the top tier. This space is a community favorite and is also available to rent.
Guest Services
Guest Services is located in our main lobby and is here to serve you. The lobby can be accessed from Telegraph Road or from the parking lot. Here you can find many community flyers and Liberty Plaza's monthly calendar. Never hesitate to ask Guest Services any community or county questions you might have!
Arts & Crafts Room
A home to REACH Art Source and Strategy Game Night, this space offers table space for up to 15 artists. With counters for display and a sink for easy clean up, this room is perfect for a crafty meeting. This room is available for rental.
Constitution Hall
Multipurpose Room
Constitution Hall was designed for you! While many community and county events take place here, it can also be rented for your next special occasion. Click here for more details!
Justice Board Room
Conference Room
Our conference room offers 10-15 people a modern and professional space to meet. Justice Board Room offers privacy, conference calls, multi-media presentations, a huge whiteboard, a charging station and free wifi. This room is available to rent.
Valor Resource Center

Instead of driving all over Los Angeles to get your Military and Veteran help, drive down the street instead! This fully equipped office has its own schedule, so stop by to pick up a calendar. For general questions, MVA has office hours here every Wednesday-Friday, 8am until 4pm.
Restrooms
Clean, beautiful and energy efficient. Although the park does not have a restroom, our building does, and it is available to you during any of our business hours.
